Project Schedule
April 14-24, 2022: Uganda
The bustling capital of Kampala stands in stark contrast to the villages around it, where chaos fades to quiet, but the need for dental care is constant throughout. ARTS has partnered with the amazing local organization TASAAGA to provide clinics far and wide, from the Ssese Islands in Lake Victoria to Mayuge, East of the Nile River, and many in between. Access to a dentist in these villages is not only financially out of reach, but travel time is also a prohibitive factor, as visiting the closest professional may require hours or even days of travel.

September 2020: Senegal
Flying into the windy city of Theis, just north of the bustling capital of Dakar you'll start to see the huge monument from The African Renaissance, Goree island and the huge surf, breaking on the shores of Ngor Island! 9 hours drive north, you will start to see the town of Ndioum, a moderately sized village, in the northern region of Senegal. ARTS has partnered with the Peace Corps Organization allowing us to reach the villages most in need of dental care and education. This trip will be a joyful trip into the Sahal Desert, filled with lots of hard work, cultural immersion, school visits and of course the gift of helping alleviate dental pain for many.
